The Cancellation Policy for any training class is as follows:
The last day to drop without penalty is 15 days before the in person training date. After that the following fees and refund will be charged or refunded:
8-14 Days before class: 15% Late Fee, 85% Refund
3-7 Days before class: 25% Late Fee, 75% Refund
1-2 Days Before: 50% Late Fee, 50% Refund
Day of class: 100% Late Fee, No Refund

VitalSkills Training provides CPR, FIrst Aid training and related educational services. All training sessions and materials are intended for educational purposes only. Upon successful completion of the course you will receive and American Red Cross Certification, good for the length listed on the cedrtificate (most are 2 years)

To enroll in our courses, you may need to provide personal information and payment details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us immediately. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
